Sunrooms
For some reason, a custom-designed space that brings the outdoors indoors completes a home, extending the living area, creating a special space that a family uses more than any other space in the home.

Glastar’s involvement comes in two ways: the builder works with them on the design of the sunroom, or owners get in touch with them after realizing they need a sunroom to add an extra touch of versatility to their home. “In most cases, builders will get involved with us right away, incorporat- ing a floor and roof, and have us put the walls in. Or they attach a header for us to build a floor and do everything from the ground up.” Then, there’s the scenario when homeowners contact them directly.

Some builders try to do a sunroom on their own and it just basically becomes another room.” That’s not the case when Glastar is hired to design and build the space. “With us, it’s an outdoor living area that’s streamlined to deliver the real feel- ing of an outdoor space.”
