Sunrooms
“A sunroom gives people an outdoor living experience, giving them a panoramic view that provides the illusion of being outside. It also allows them to extend the outdoor living season,” he says. “With a sunny exposure, you can use rooms down to minus 10, even minus 15. You can go far into fall and early winter and get out into it in the early spring.” It doesn’t take long for a sunroom to become a very popular spot, Sarens says. “We hear commonly that it’s the most used room in the house. People love them. Once they have one, they can’t live without one, especially when they get a new home.” While build timelines vary, homeowners can expect to have a completed sunroom in about one to two weeks if it’s being built from scratch.
