Discovery. Innovation. Empowerment. Validation. These four pillars form a solid foundation for Dispatch Integration, an IT management and services company founded by a pair of Manitoba entrepreneurs. Brothers Gavin and Cameron Hay
launched the business in 2016 with a focus on systems design and architecture, project management, and systems development and data transformation. “I had been thinking about starting a business for a while and I had been tossing around ideas for a few years. In 2016, after a few years in consulting, I was noticing that integration was a problem that businesses of all sizes were struggling with and that they were spending a lot of money on, which was causing some frustration,” Gavin explains. “So, we decided to create Dispatch
Integration because we wanted to bring integration capabilities to product companies. We also wanted to work with larger organizations that are looking to optimize their integration strategies. We basically help them decide what the priorities are and what the right approaches are so that they make the best investments. Through optimization, we help them to figure out where their money is best spent.” Gavin serves as the company’s president and chief technology officer while Cameron serves as the CEO.
