In ����� ��� ����� � ��� �� ���� �� �� �������� ��� myself and it showed,” says Audrey. Her son recommended that she join the Reh- Fit Centre and Audrey found the welcoming environment she was looking for. “I started with a Reh-Fit assessment to see what condition I was in and then the staff made recommendations of things to do. They were very professional and made it a great experience.” Audrey now comes to the Reh-Fit three times a week to walk the track and participate in the Stretch & Strength class. She has also joined two yoga classes where she’s enjoyed the added bonus of making new friends.
