Kamora Spanish Coffee Ingredients 3/4 oz brandy 3/4 oz Kamora® coffee liqueur 1 cup coffee
Directions: 1 Warm cup with hot water the way you would prepare a teacup for tea. Pour hot water in the Spanish coffee (Irish coffee) cup for five seconds and then dump out. 2 Prepare with a sugar rim. Dip rim in fresh lime juice. Then transfer the rim into a saucer of sugar. Set it aside. 3 Add brandy and Kamora coffee liqueur. 4 Carefully pour coffee so as not to disrupt the sugared rim. 5 Add whipped cream to the top of the coffee. 6 Garnish with a sour cherry.
