Holiday Cheeseball Tree SERVINGS: 24 | PREP TIME: 30 MINUTES TOTAL TIME: 1 HOUR INGREDIENTS: 2 blocks (16 oz) cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded Bothwell cheddar 1/2 cup chopped pickles 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers 1/4 cup chopped green olives 1 tsp garlic powder Fresh parsley or dill for coating Cherry tomatoes and pretzel sticks for decorating INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, pickles, peppers, olives and garlic powder until well combined. 2. Shape into a cone or tree shape using plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. 3. Roll the chilled tree in chopped parsley or dill to coat. 4. Decorate with cherry tomatoes as ornaments and pretzel sticks as the trunk. 5. Serve with crackers or crostini. Prairie Chicken & Brie Bites PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey breast, shredded

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 100g Brie cheese, sliced

1/4 cup cranberry sauce or wildberry preserve Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional garnish) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 2. Cut puff pastry into small squares and press into mini muffin tins. 3. Fill each with a bit of chicken, a slice of Brie, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce. 4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly. 5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
