Garlic-Butter Smashed Creamers
INGREDIENTS: 1 small bag (or about 680 grams) creamer potatoes 1/4 cup garlic butter, melted 1/4 cup shredded parmesan 2 tbsp chopped parsley INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place creamer potatoes in a micro- wavable plate and microwave for ap- proximately 5 minutes. Poke with fork to see if tender. If not soft, place in the microwave for another 2 minutes, and repeat until creamers are soft. 2. Place on parchment paper and press down (smash) with fork or spatula. 3. Brush with melted garlic butter. 4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 5. Then bake in air fryer or oven to melt the cheese until desired level of crispiness is achieved. AIR FRYER BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the basket air fryer to 400 F. If using a toaster-style air fryer, preheat to 375 F since they run a little hotter. 2. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and desired level of crispi- ness is achieved. OVEN BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. 2. Bake for 5–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and desired level of crispiness is achieved.
Easy Potato Wedges SERVES: 4 (2–4 WEDGES EACH)
INGREDIENTS: 2 medium red potatoes 2 medium yellow potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1/2 tsp coarse salt For dipping: Honey dill, ketchup, mayo or ranch. OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: 1. S lice each potato into uniform wedg- es, about 6–8 each. 2. T oss wedges with olive oil. 3. S pread on parchment-lined baking sheet. 4. S eason with seasoning salt. 5. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until tender, flipping halfway.
6. Sprinkle with coarse salt before serving. 7. Serve with honey dill, ketchup, mayo or ranch for dipping. AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the basket air fryer to 400 F. If using a toaster-style air fryer, preheat to 375 F since they run a little hotter. 2. Toss wedges with olive oil. 3. Bake for 15–20 minutes (flipping halfway) or until cooked all the way through. 4. Sprinkle with coarse salt prior to serving.
