INGREDIENTS: 1 small bag (or about 680 grams) creamer potatoes 1 package (375 grams) sliced bacon SUGGESTED DIPS: • Sour cream mixed with parsley • Garlic aioli • Honey dill • The options are endless! AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the basket air fryer to 400 F. If using a toaster-style air fryer, preheat to 375 F since they run a little hotter. • Ranch dressing • Chipotle sauce 2. Cut bacon slices in thirds and wrap each potato with one por- tion of the sliced bacon. 3. Place seam side down on the tray or basket. 4. Arrange in basket in air fryer and bake for 15 minutes (flipping halfway), or until bacon is crispy and potatoes are tender. 5. Cool slightly and serve with your favourite dip. ALTERNATIVE OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place prepared bacon-covered potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place bacon seam down. 2. Bake in preheated 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes (flipping halfway) or until bacon is crispy and potatoes are soft. Note: This dish can be made in advance and warmed in the oven or air fryer for 5–10 minutes. Crispy Bacon Potato Bites SERVES: 6 (3-4 POTATOES PER PERSON)

Crispy Russet Potato Skins
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Prick russets with a fork. Bake directly on rack until tender, about 45 minutes. 3. Cool slightly. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the flesh (reserve for other recipes). 4. Brush inside and out with olive oil, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. 5. Return to oven, cut side up, and bake 10–12 minutes until crisp. 6. Fill with cheese and bacon. Return to oven, cut side up, for 5–10 minutes or until desired level of crispiness is achieved. 7. Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream.
