INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 oz Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye 1/2 oz wildflower honey 1/2 oz roasted saskatoon berry syrup 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice 4 oz hot cedar or spruce tip tea GARNISH: • Lemon wheel • Fresh or dried saskatoon berries • S prig of spruce or rosemary • Cinnamon sticks to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Brew the cedar or spruce tip tea and keep it hot. 2. In a heat-proof mug, combinee whisky, honey, saskatoon syrup and lemon juice. 3. Pour in the hot tea and stir gently to combine. 4. Add bitters if desired. 5. Garnish with a lemon wheel, saskatoon ber- ries, a sprig of spruce or rosemary and/or cinna- mon sticks.
