And while there will be no shortage of style inside, keen attention has been paid to the floor plan, too. “We’re very cognizant of spatial awareness in the homes we design, so there will be a good sense of space with wide walking paths that create smooth flow between all the spaces in the main living area,” Rondinella notes. “We build homes for families, so functionality is always our main purpose.” As should be the case in a rural setting, natural light and country views should be incorporated into a home’s design. That’s certainly the case with 143 Rosybloom, Money says. “Large tri-pane windows will let in lots of natural light — the patio door in the great room, with its sidelights, is 12 feet wide. That will work well with soft brown LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring. To give the home more of a rural or rustic feel, we’ve gone with softer design details to mirror the softness and natural beauty that surrounds the home.”
