C learly, the design team at Broadview decided to take a simple — and highly strategic — approach to designing The Easton, a subtly stunning two-storey, 2,154-square-foot family home that hits all the right notes. Chris Ilagan, the sales representative for The Easton, says the home’s design is spot-on. “While it’s a stylish home, the style isn’t overdone,” he says. “It’s an uncomplicated design that does a very nice job of balancing function and style.” A handsome exterior clad with acrylic stucco, Hardie® board siding and stone detail- ing gets the home off to a stylish start, bol- stered by a practical feature contained within its double-attached garage. “The lot for this home is a bit wider than normal for this development, so we were able to put an extension on it on the left-hand side to make it a bit bigger and more functional.
