“They won a provincial award for the best home built in their price category.” They began to build larger custom estate- style homes. “That’s where we found our niche,” Maric says. Maric Homes is still actively involved in some developments and they continue to build in all sizes. “We build modestly sized houses for families starting out all the way to acreages with large estate homes of 6,000 or 7,000 square feet with multi-car garages.” Today, the company thrives under Peri Maric, Tanya Maric and her husband Dan Rolfe, and Martin Maric and his wife Caroline Maric, each of whom brings experience and talent to the company.
