Another advantage Sagewood Estates will have over most mid-rise condos is a backyard. Sagewood Estates is being developed by StreetSide Developments, part of the Qualico family of real estate companies. Phase 1 of the development will feature 22 new bungalow-style condos. An additional 22 homes are set to be offered as part of Phase 2. Possession dates began in August and availability will continue as construction progresses. StreetSide Developments marketing manager Margaux Braund says Sagewood Estates will be a milestone in the development of Sage Creek’s resi- dential landscape. “Sagewood Estates is the first and only duplex- style bungalow condo community in Sage Creek offering a new housing option for those who want the feel of a single-family home but with the bene- fits of condo living,” she says.
