A&S Homes 50th Anniversary cont.
“One of the reasons why we feel it’s important to consult is because each customer has different needs and we’re not all the same people,” Frank says. “When we allow customers to express exactly how they want to use the place, it provides us with the knowledge base to suggest changes that would improve the experience of where they live.” A&S Homes’ attention to detail has earned the company multiple honours including numerous Consumer Choice and Manitoba Home Builders’ Association awards for excel- lence in design, customer service and energy efficiency. Frank says while the
recognition is gratifying and reaffirms his company’s commitment to raising the bar in the industry, the most rewarding aspect of the work it performs is the satisfaction that comes from knowing customers are pleased with the final results. As the countdown to A&S Homes’ 50th anniversary in January begins, it’s a time for the company to reflect on what was and look ahead to what is yet to be. Antonino remains very much involved in the day-to-day operations of the company he helped build a half-cen- tury ago and continues to be counted on for his leadership. A number of celebrations
