With a mix of single-family and multi-family homes, the development from Edmonton- based real-estate company Tacada Communities — which owns the Daytona Homes and Carriage Signature Homes brands — extends from McPhillips Street all the way to Pegasus Street, within view of Ferrier. At least a dozen show homes from nine different builders are on display at Highland Pointe during the Parade of Homes, and they are worth the trip. Along with duplexes and large family homes with front-facing attached garages on Goodman Drive, there’s a nice selection of laned lots, which tend to result in attractive, people- friendly streetscapes. Discovery Homes is showing two models with second-floor balconies overlooking the street, and a Signature Homes show home is breaking
