For non-furry friends, Irwin Homes included guest suites in the final design for The Residences at Nineteen/ Fourteen at 1914 Henderson Hwy. Each suite is self contained, complete with kitchenette, and can be reserved by any condo owner. Mark Penner, of Penner & Associates of Royal LePage Prime Real Estate, the listing agents for Nineteen/Fourteen, says guest suites have been extremely popular at other Irwin Homes developments. “People just love them,” Penner says. “Depending on the size of a condo, having overnight guests or extended family staying with you is not always viable. This way … they have their own private sanctuary.”
