Over at Inspire, Estabrook agrees that planning is essential. “We work with Foxridge Homes so ... if you buy a Foxridge Home you’re going to have good wi-fi.” Without planning, internet service providers could “hook it up near the electrical panel in the basement by a concrete wall in the far corner of the house, which is like the worst spot,” he says. “You want to have your wireless in the middle of the house.” Estabrook walks the walk of the true believer, saying Inspire uses commercial-grade equipment from Ubiquiti. “In my personal house, my wireless access points are designed to have 500 different devices connected to them.
