“We all have the same goal to grow the business, to service our clients and to build unique homes in Mani- toba. That’s something big for us.” They’re clearly on the right track, since the company recently won a Canadian Home Builders Award. “Quality is something that’s very important to us. With the new generation, there are innovative ideas that we bring to the table through different materials and different types of homes. We definitely feel like we’re taking it up to a different level,” Frank says. “We’re evolving quite a bit. Because there are four of us, we’re in a unique situation. We’re all part owners, so we can bounce different ideas off each other and we can make things happen.” Their dedication to detail is evident in Artista’s stun- ning Fall Parade of Homes entry at 52 Deer Pointe Dr. in Headingley, which backs on to Breezy Bend golf course. “It’s currently open, so anyone can go visit it. It’s a pret- ty amazing house. You’ve got your own private lake, plus a pool and a putting green and a volleyball court in the backyard,” Frank says. “It’s a pretty nice home.”
