There are beautiful shared amenities, including a well-equipped 700-square-foot fitness room, a guest suite for visitors, and the spectacular lounge. “The owners’ lounge on the second floor is, in my opinion, just over the top,” he says. It has an oversized catering kitchen that can easily hold 25-plus people for an event, a dynamic custom bar that seats approximately 10, conversational seating with a fireplace and a huge terrace-sized balcony complete with a barbeque area.

“The first thing customers remark on is the level of fine finishing,” he says. ”They’re just blown away within the first 20 seconds of walking in the door.” That high-impact first impression comes from a choice of nine- or 10-foot ceilings floating above large open-concept living areas with maple hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows — with amazing sightlines on every side of the building. “There’s a lot of glass in the homes that just creates that open space,” Powell says. Sunny principal bedrooms feature walk-in closets and spa-like en suites with tile showers and stone countertops.
