Thrill of the Grill Cont’d from page 101
“If you want a barbecue and a side burner and some counter space, you can purchase those units and then lay them out in the way that makes the most sense for you. It’s completely cus- tomizable to your environment. If you have a small yard, that’s no problem. If you have a big yard and you want an island in the middle, you can do that as well. It’s completely up to you and your needs.” And you can enjoy your outdoor kitch- en for many years to come, since Bark- man’s products are built to last. “We don’t want to put out a kit where the stone is going to last 25 years and then you have to replace the barbecue in two years. We really went out of our way to make sure that the barbecue would last with the stone,” Patram says. “We’re going after quality and longev- ity, in addition to hitting a price that’s affordable.”
