Every house has its own character.”

The Matias family is right at home in their two-storey, 2,300-square-foot house by Foxridge, which allowed them to choose their own finishings. While they don’t have any neighbours yet, they’re look- ing forward to block parties in the future, as well as a park with a basketball court, baseball field and covered picnic area. A number of businesses are set to open in Village Centre beginning this spring, including a veterinary clinic, dental clinic, gas station, Sobeys grocery store and a TD Canada Trust.
