Before building began, North Grassie Properties invested in significant upgrades to the municipal sewer to ensure every lot is serviced with the proper connections and water systems. Aware of the ever-increasing demand on internet speeds, whether for streaming or working from home, another key factor for Grande Pointe Meadows residents was to ensure the neighbourhood is serviced with high-speed internet. The developer also constructed a network of trail systems around naturalized retention ponds.
