223 BUTTERFLY WAY IN SAGE CREEK ❖ ARTISTA
kitchen,” he says. “Charcoal cabi- nets, gorgeous grey/taupe quartz countertops and oversized grey pendant lights give it a modern feel, while rift oak-style Euro cabinets and a white penny tile backsplash add texture and warmth.” Take the eye-catching staircase up to the home’s upper level and you discover two of the artfully designed home’s most special features, Amero adds. “While there’s a loft at the top of the stairs, it isn’t just any loft. Not only does it come with a door to its own covered balcony, but it also comes with a view. To say the least, the view from it down to the second floor is amazing.” From there, style transitions seam- lessly into function, the loft merging with a pair of hallways that branch off to the left and right. “The left-hand wing is the kids’ wing. Both bedrooms come with walk-in closets and huge windows,” he says. “The kids also have their own deluxe four-piece bath to enjoy.” Amero says the right-hand hallway is the parents’ domain.

Artista’s design team saved the best for last with the deluxe ensuite. “Everything works off the hexagonal charcoal grey tile floor — a huge freestanding white soaker tub with black faucet and handles, a stunning walk-in shower with the same tile surround and a floating rift oak-style vanity with quartz countertop and dual sinks,” Amero says. “A big walk-in closet with custom storage was perfectly placed at the back.” The faultlessly designed home is a testament to Artista’s commitment to excellence, he concludes. “No stone was left unturned in its design. It effortlessly combines style and function, making for an incred- ibly well-rounded luxury home.”
“A lot of thought was put into its design. A large laundry room was placed between the kids’ wing and the primary bedroom to separate the primary bedroom even further from the other bedrooms, creating an even greater sense of isolation,” he says. “The laundry room is also big and finished with tile, quartz and beau- tiful shelving — the same finishes that were used downstairs.” Nothing was held back in the design of the primary bedroom, either. For starters, the bedroom is big, bright and welcoming, with plush grey carpeting creating a wonderful underfoot feel.
