But it also comes with a bonus side effect — you get to play a role in supporting the environment, the economy and food production by attracting pollinators. Pollinators — including insects like bees, butterflies and flies, along with birds such as hummingbirds — are like little couriers that deliver pollen from one flower to another, fertilizing plants so they can produce fruit and seeds.
