Winter Cider Cheddar Fondue

INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup cider 2 cups grated white cheddar cheese 1 cup Gruyère shredded cheese 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp pepper Pinch of nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS Bring the cider to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Mix cheese, pepper, nutmeg and cornstarch together in a bowl. Once blended, stir into the cider until fully melted. Once fully blended, transfer to a small fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with bread, sliced apples or thick crackers.
