RECIPE NOTES If you'd like to make a smaller batch of cider, use 2 cups of fresh apple juice with 1 oz Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
INGREDIENTS 2 litres fresh pressed apple juice (available in the produce section) 100 ml Frescolio Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar INSTRUCTIONS Combine both ingredients, heat gently and adjust to taste. Serve warm. For a crowd, keep it warm in a slow cooker.
