In the past we’ve had over 175 vehicles representing everything from Rat Rods to Concourse Restored vehicles, and everything in between. Our evening show opens to the public at 6:30 PM, so come early for your first-come, first-served parking spot. The fair includes food, midway, stage entertainment, blackout fireworks and more! Come out and enjoy the party. Portage Vintage Cruisers present Cruisin’ The Island Show and Shine, held at Island Park, Portage la Prairie (follow the signs) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is a non-perishable food item for the Salvation Army Food Bank. Dash Plaques for the first 125 vehicles. Awards, 50/50, music man, and concession stand by our local Cancer Care. All antique, classic, and special interest vehicles including motorcycles. Free admission for spectators. Come and enjoy a day of fun on the Island we have plenty of shade. Rain date is June 18th. JUNE 11 - SUNDAY TEST & TUNE OR RAIN OUT RACE DAY - PASCAR STOCK CAR RACING PASCAR hosts 4 cylinder Stock Car racing at the Souris Glenwood Airport dirt stock car track, east of Souris, MB at 1:00 PM. This could be a rain out date for the Arthur Verhaeghe Memorial race day...Artie was a Kinsmen Life Member. The Kinsmen and Kinnette clubs are community service groups that are volunteer based and Canadian! The Kin motto is “Serving the Communities Greatest Needs”. All current and past Kinsmen and Kinnettes are invited to attend and will be considered special guests. We further invite & encourage anyone with any service club to come out and join us... maybe build a club car as a project or to race!? JUNE 11 - SUNDAY CHROME IN THE TREES The event is held in conjunction with the Summer Fair at the Keystone Center in Brandon. This is a FREE show open to all cars/trucks and motorcycles, the driver is given free entry to the Summer Fair. The entrance is on the east side of the grounds (13th St.) at the south entrance any change and we will have sign-age to direct participants to the correct entrance. There is door prize draws, participants choice award and prize money, music, a Midway,concession booths, and so much else. The time to be there is 12:00 Noon and the event will conclude at 4:00 PM.
