Another unique facet of the home’s design is that the primary bedroom is on the main floor. This achieves two things: making it more convenient to access while creating an elevated sense of seclusion. offer lots of usable space. There are two more bedrooms and a rec room with a wet bar, games area and media areas. It’s a great area for entertaining, and the bedrooms can be used either for teenagers or guests.” How did Irwin’s design team make such a large, luxurious home into a welcoming, cozy retreat? “First and foremost, we listen to people. Second, we focus on what we need to do to design a true home. The mindset of our clients is that they’re going to live in the home for a long time. We put ourselves in their shoes and do our best to design a large, luxurious home that offers the blend of function and style that they’re looking for.” 
