A spice kitchen tucked away to one side provides a second
food preparation area, with its own range, microwave oven, full
complement of glossy cabinetry and a big sink. With as much
workspace as many apartments, it's ideal for multiple family
cooks or for entertaining.
The covered deck with non-slip Dec-Tec flooring is another great
space. It overlooks the man-made lake in the rear and can be
enclosed to create a four-season sunroom.
Upstairs, two secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets share
a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a combination bath-shower and
large vanity with dual sinks. The master suite has a huge walk-
in-closet and a stunning en suite, with a marble-look ceramic
tile floor, dual back-to-back vanities, stand-alone soaker tub and
walk-in shower.
"Its defining characteristic is an artistic tempered-glass wall that
separates the bedroom from the en suite," says Vassallo.
The walkout lower level has a fifth bedroom, along with another
bathroom and plenty of space for family relaxation.
