"That trend of modern farmhouse is
sort of what everybody is looking for
right now, and we think we do that
style really well," says Miller.
The open main floor is the natural
hub of the home, but one of its star
attractions is the semi-secluded loft
upstairs. Bright and airy, it has a built-
in bench under the triple window,
with bookshelves on the sides.
"That space is big for a loft. It has
the ability to serve multiple purposes
at once, which is nice," Miller says.
"You've got a big wall there to have a
