Don Carson considered dropping fitness equipment from his
product lineup. Today, he's glad he didn't make any hasty
decisions.
Back then, sales were mediocre, thanks to a growing number
of public gyms. But then the COVID-19 pandemic hit, forcing
many of those gyms to close or reduce capacity. Suddenly,
people were working at home — and working out at home —
and many decided to set up personal gyms.
