As its name suggests, Witham at Sage is located on Witham Road, which intersects with Grey Heron Drive, where StreetSide's 24-townhome Flora Condominiums quickly sold out in 2021. Flora North will offer 60 units in six 10-plex buildings, located in a large triangular lot behind the Flora Condominiums, off Witham Road and Morning Star Lane. StreetSide marketing co-ordinator Margaux Braund says a display suite at 140 Grey Heron Drive will be open during the Spring Parade of Homes for visitors who are interested in the adjacent Flora North condos. The company is keeping the base price as low as possible, but buyers do have the option to select a variety of upgrades before construction. Braund says one advantage of having robust pre-sales is that buyers have a greater ability to customize their homes. Kensington Homes marketing manager Colleen Chaput said in a statement that construction on the first Witham at Sage building will be completed this spring, and future phases will be announced later this year, as the company works to meet growing demand for affordable homes. She adds that costs will be lower throughout the lifetime of the townhomes, thanks to Kensington's focus on energy-efficient features such as electric furnaces, triple-pane windows, low-flush toilets and R60 attic insulation.
