Winnipeg Animal Services (winnipeg.ca/cms/animal/) has a
Doggie Dates program that allows animal lovers to take a dog
out for walk in the park, a home visit or a workplace visit. The
dates give dogs a break and they wear "Adopt Me" vests so
they're more visible to potential owners.
