Read on to plan a fabulous parade day for you and your favourite little elves! If you miss the Cheer Board vans, you can donate at the Giving Tree in the Manitoba Hydro building atrium at 360 Portage Ave. on Portage Avenue; a reversal of direction from what we've done in the past. We've reorganized the route to help reduce everyone. Check the map on pages 4-5 to plan where you want to perch up with your family and friends and We always suggest you leave extra early to make sure you're in place before the parade starts, and some of our community partners are hosting block parties to keep kids of all ages busy Children's Advocate, Manitoba Hydro, Healthy Kids Fit Kids or the Dairy Farmers of Canada for ways to keep active, stay warm and get into the spirit of the season! The map on pages 4-5 show the locations of the parties. Downtown is busier than ever this fall, with lots of arts, concerts Winnipeg Jets are on the nice list! To accommodate their game starting at 6:00pm, we've changed our start time to 3:00pm. New Important Changes, Same Great Christmas Spirit! Join our Block Parties for pre-parade fun. weather! We can't wait to see you! Our route has changed, too. The parade starts at 3:00 PM this year.
