"Our office manager Barb started with
my father 40 years ago. Our produc-
tion manager Vince has been here for
25-plus years. George, our drafting
manager, has been with Randall for
20-plus years. Our service department
manager has been with Randall for
15-plus years. Leanne, who is our
accounting manager, and Greg, who is
the production manager of Avanti and
multi-family, have been with Randall
Homes for 12 years," Jason says.
"Our team has always worked well
with each other. The tradespeople
we have for Randall Homes have also
been outstanding. We have some
tradespeople who have been here for
30-plus years and now their children
are taking over. The loyalty that we've
been able to earn from these trades-
people is just amazing. Our suppliers
that we have worked with from Day 1
to present have been great."
At the same time, Randy remains
involved with the company he
founded, although he's enjoying
a well-deserved reprieve from the
day-to-day operations.
"My father is still involved but he's
earned a semi-retirement down south.
His vision was to provide good quality
homes that people would be proud
to own. We wanted to have longevity
in this industry, which he's provided,"
Jason says.
"Since I've been running Randall
Homes, I've been doing things a
little differently but still staying true
to his vision."
