When relaxation is on the itinerary – Manitoba is the right place to be. From urban to wilderness retreats, you'll find some the world's best spa treatments in soul-nurturing settings. The Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre 6-DaySpaCircuit Relax and Rejuvenate M u lt i - D ay D e s t i n at i o n P l a n n e r 64 DAY 1 Located on the 10th floor of the Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre, the first stop to relaxation is a visit to Ten Spa. The spa's signature treatment is the Hamam, a traditional Turkish bathing ritual developed thousands of years ago, which will leave you feeling clean and rejuvenated. Begin your journey with Moroccan Mint tea and a Turkish delight served in a dry warm room. Choose from one, one-and-a-half or two hour treatments with add-ons like a rose oil massage or essential oil toning facial massage. Ten Spa's other treatments include body cocoons, body scrubs, massages as well as facials and hand and foot care treatments. Add a spa lunch and a glass of champagne to any treatment and spend the night in one of the hotel's luxurious rooms. DAY 2 Enjoy the peaceful 2.5 hour drive to Riding Mountain National Park to enjoy the Solstice Spa at Elkhorn Resort, Spa & Conference Centre. Taking its cues from its pristine setting using vegan-friendly, the spa uses organic and natural products wherever possible. The spa has a varied line up of treatments, from alternative therapy including reflexology and Shiatsu to treatments like the Clear Lake Cleanse, a detoxifying treatment using rosehips and juniper berry essential oils in a heated body wrap. All Solstice spa treatments include the use of the Equinox Mineral Pool, steam rooms and Swiss showers. The mineral pool at Solstice uses natural crystals found 3,000 feet below the Canadian Prairies. These provide essential elements that work together to help increase circulation, promote healing and regeneration of the skin and warm muscles before your treatment. Enjoy dinner at the resort's restaurant and take a stroll watching for wildlife before calling it a night. DAY 3 Return to Winnipeg for more pampering at the Urban Oasis Mineral Spa at the Clarion Hotel. Enjoy a soak in the mineral pool, followed by one of the spa's hydrating wrap treatments. The mineral waters contain Dead Sea Salt from waters of the Dead Sea in Israel, which is known for its many therapeutic benefits. Use of the pool is free with any spa treatment so you can enjoy the tub with friends or as a couple, before moving on to individual treatments. Head across the street for some retail therapy at Polo Park – Winnipeg's largest mall, and choose from a variety of restaurants in the area to finish your day. Ten Spa
