Topics covered will be: inventory control and period ending adjustments for a merchandising company, cash control and banking, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporation accounting and payroll accounting. Excel will be used as a tool to assist in reinforcing accounting concepts learned. The textbook and workbook used in Business Accounting Level One will be used for the Business Accounting Level Two course. Sage 50 Accounting will be introduced. The topics covered in Sage 50 Accounting will be the General Module (General Journal), the Payables Module and the Receivables Module. Please bring a memory stick to class.
