INGREDIENTS • 3 cups bran flakes • 2 packages vanilla pudding mix • 2 cups skim milk • 2 cups canned Best Value Crushed Pineapple, drained • 1 litre tub low fat dessert topping, thawed DIRECTIONS 1. Place bran flakes in a large, clean plastic bag. Close bag ensuring to remove all the air. Crush bran flakes by squeezing the bag until the flakes are crushed. 2. Place crushed bran flakes in bottom of 9 x 9 metal pan, plastic container or glass dish. 3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix pudding powder and milk until it thickens. Add pineapple and blend well. 4. Gently pour this mixture on top of the bran flakes trying not to disturb the bottom layer. 5. Evenly spread dessert topping over the pineapple layer. 6. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving (serves 9). ! n W e c
