Remove yolks and mash in small bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients. Fill egg white halves; piling high. Cover and refrigerate. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving. Makes 12 appetizers. Readyin:Approx.30min.Serves:4 Ingredients: 2 pounds extra lean ground beef 3 cloves roasted garlic, chopped 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning 4 slices of red onion 4 large crusty buns 4 thick slices Bothwell Horseradish Cheddar 4 slices tomato Directions: Preheat outdoor grill to high heat. Mix together the ground beef and roasted garlic. Flatten into patties about 3/4 of an inch thick. Sprinkle with seasonings. Place onions on the grill and toast both sides.
